Invoicing for the business owner who wears all the hats
You work it.We work the paperwork.
You finish the job and send me the job sheet. I write the invoice and send it to your customer within 24 hours — through your own QuickBooks, priced exactly the way you price.

What you hand off
Your job sheets become invoices
Email them to jobsheets@theinvoicecrew.com — a photo or a scan, whatever's easiest from the truck. Your 24 hours starts from that timestamp. I read them and bill them at your rates.
Invoices go out to your customers
Sent from your QuickBooks, in your name, worded the way you'd word it.
You get a weekly record
Every invoice I sent, what it totaled, and what I charged you for it.
No job sheet? I'll build you one
A simple template made for how you actually work — digitally or on paper, whichever you'll actually fill out. Old school or new school, we've got it covered. No extra charge.
How it works
We talk
I learn your pricing, your customers, and how you like things handled. I'd rather understand your business than just process it.
You work
Do the job. Fill out the sheet. Note anything you don't want charged at your normal rate. Send it over.
I invoice
Within 24 hours. Paperwork in by noon means the invoice is out by noon the next day.
I bill you Friday
Once a week, with the full itemized record attached. Due in seven days.
QuickBooks, set up properly
I'm QuickBooks Certified. Every invoice I write goes out from your account, in your name — you own the books and the login, and you can see everything I do inside them. I'm working in your account, not holding your records in mine.
Already on QuickBooks?
Add me as an accountant user and we can start this week. It takes about two minutes on your end, and accountant access doesn't use up one of your paid user seats.
Not on it yet? I'll set it up with you
No charge for the setup. I'll build your chart of accounts, load in your services and prices, set up an invoice template with your logo, and import your existing customers. You'll hold the account and the login from day one.
What the subscription costs
The plan that fits most one-person businesses $38 / month
New customers can usually take either a 30-day free trial or 50% off for the first three months — one or the other, not both. Worth asking me before you sign up, because the right choice depends on when you want to start.
Intuit sets this price and changes it from time to time. Check quickbooks.com for today's rate.
What it costs
Per invoice sent — whichever is greater
An $80 invoice costs you $3.00. A $500 invoice costs you $15.00. That's the whole pricing model — there isn't a second page. Your QuickBooks subscription is separate and goes to Intuit, not to me.
